The University of Miami was awarded #1 in 2002, #2 in 1994 and consecutively in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007, which according to the publishers of Computerworld “is a rare and outstanding tribute”.
Dr. Lew Temares was named CIO of the Year in 2003 by the South Florida Business Journal and received the first Annual Technology Leader of the Year Award given by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce in May 2007.
