Our Aviation English Proficiency Training will:
The course consists of a pre enrollment test to determine level of spoken and written English proficiency and in-class segments which will cover plain English necessary to communicate within the aviation community. Each day’s activities will consist of lecture and discussions of non-emergency situations necessitating communication, participative exercises, role playing and daily assessment of progress made.
Emphasis will be placed on listening and speaking skills, as well as pronunciation drills and cultural sensitivity discussions. The in-class segment can range from three days to two weeks, depending on the individual student’s needs and abilities. A final assessment will determine if the candidate requires additional preparation before certification.
- Improve proficiency in English to level 4 requirement
- Support with lectures, discussions, role-playing and evaluations as part of instruction process
- Offer pre-class assessments of written and spoken English aptitude level
